Fiona has been part of the Procure Plus team since July 2008. Prior to this, she worked in the police public protection unit before making the move to public sector change management where all of her roles have since been partnership and multi-agency focused.
In 2013, Fiona became lead for Service Quality, a role that not only facilitates Corporate Social Responsibility across the organisation – as well as with its partner consortia- but also looks at continuous improvement and customer satisfaction across the business.
Fiona is the lead on the ‘plus’ element of Procure Plus, meaning she is responsible for helping Registered Providers foster positive community relations in their neighbourhoods and manage their investment in community regeneration activities.
In addition to this, Fiona supports work readiness enterprises within the local communities, ensuring that those who are furthest from the labour market receive the necessary support to enable them to enter the workplace.
The development and integration within Procure Plus, of this ‘plus’ delivery model led to the business receiving the Queen’s Award for promoting opportunity in 2017.
