Women in Roofing are actively promoting skills and diversity in the construction industry and support advancement and employment enabling both individuals and businesses to realise their full potential, create value and make a difference.

Over the years, Women in Roofing have worked closely with several trade associations and we have provided a strong voice and valuable contribution to joint up national strategic campaigns focused to inspire, foster and develop next generations in construction as well as driving innovation across the sector.
